Welcome to the Bias Tape Cutting Board website (the "Site"), owned and operated by Feathered Farm Quilts ("Feathered Farm Quilts," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Hold Harmless Clause:
By using the Bias Tape Cutting Board or any products purchased from Feathered Farm Quilts, you agree to hold Feathered Farm Quilts and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Bias Tape Cutting Board or any products purchased from Feathered Farm Quilts.
2. Warranty Against Manufacturer's Defects:
Feathered Farm Quilts warrants that the Bias Tape Cutting Board will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. If the Bias Tape Cutting Board you receive has a manufacturer's defect (e.g., a support becomes dislodged), Feathered Farm Quilts will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations made to any product.
There are NO warranties on Quilts.
3. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Feathered Farm Quilts or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Bias Tape Cutting Board or any products purchased from Feathered Farm Quilts, even if Feathered Farm Quilts has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Feathered Farm Quilts' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the Bias Tape Cutting Board or any product in question.
4. Tutorials Disclaimer:
Any tutorials or tutorial videos provided on the Site or any other site are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Feathered Farm Quilts does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided in the tutorials.
